Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Breed restrictions apply. Limit of 2 pets per home. No weight limit on pets. Non-refundable pet fee of $295 for 1 pet, $595 for 2 pets. Monthly pet rent of $30 will be charged per pet. Breed restrictions are as follows: Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Akita, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Presa Canario, and Wolf Hybrid.
